Why Custorel
What makes us different
Local experience
5 years installing security systems in the province of Girona. We know the needs of each area and type of property.
Top brands only
We only work with Ubiquiti UniFi and Ajax: reliable equipment, with updates and no mandatory fees.
Maintenance and support
We don't disappear after installation. We offer preventive maintenance, remote support and a quick response if anything fails.
Up-to-date technology
4K cameras with smart detection, alarms with photo verification and full control from your phone.
Maintenance
We maintain everything we install
A security system is only useful if it works on the day you need it. That is why we maintain all the equipment we install, in homes, residential buildings and businesses.
Regular check-ups
We check cameras, recorder, alarm and access points, and clean the lenses.
Updates
We keep the equipment software up to date so it stays secure.
Remote support
We solve many issues remotely on the same day, without a site visit.
Repair and replacement
If a device fails, we repair or replace it. We help extract footage after an incident.
